Random Creature on a Sunday : Argua

The Argua is a Tropical bird who feeds on tiny insects and fishes

It uses its bush-like feathers on its body to attract the insects and when fishing 

the Argua dips into the water and some fishes makes its feathers their home, but once it's feeding time, the Argua pecks on its feathers to get the trapped fishes on its body.

It can only live on freshwater and on warm and rainy environments.When its mating season

the male Argua releases a scent which attracts females. The bushes on their body on mating season also grows flowers that vary in sizes and in color, the more the colorful the body is the more attractive the female and male becomes and the Argua couple with the highest amount of flowers on their bodies will be the leaders of the pack.

I didn't use textured brushes for this artwork..  but i may consider using textures when finalizing... sooooo
yeah.. I'll just post the artwork when it's done.

So here are just some fur material practice

Nightshade Gloomer

Just doing some late night doodles of a tree
- Nightshade gloomers only blooms and glows on the week before the bloodmoons
- This is the favorite fruit of vampire bats
-Nightshade gloomer fruits are call Bloodbanks
- Bloodbanks are very poisonous when its not glowing and can kill a fully grown man in just 10 minutes
- Poison berry frogs rests inside the gloomer's trunk for the rest of their lives but they come out every full moon to mate with another poison berry frogs
-If the frogs stay outside the tree for too long they will die because they can't breathe the oxygen that we breathe

Calamity "The Stormbringer" He was the greatest racer in their planet but everything changed when he was beaten by a newcomer. Calamity won't accept his defeat to a newbie. Angered by the tragic turn of events he tried to destroy his enemy's ship but he was unsuccessful. His actions led him to banishment from the planet so he left the planet with his ship the Black Atmos. Where he met a group of hunters who calls themselves the "Xenoforts" and because of his monstrous speed he was accepted into the group.
